I do not know if this is the same error you got (almost 6 months prior to this). I doubt it…

However, Yesterday, I got an error while trying to replace the WinUSB driver for JLink on Windows 10. To fix this until the real issue can be solved which requires a new signature to be added to the drivers (I think). I followed the steps at the following youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLITZkgD4sI to have windows not check driver signatures. This is certainly not what I would want to leave enabled for a long period of time on my computer but did allow the WinUSB selection to be used for JLink.
