You might be thinking – SEO for Weebly? Or at least trying to do that. If you’ve come here, assuming you already own a good site and all you really need right now is for people to see it, well… prepare to lose your mind! That’s because for the next two years, you’ll need to become very proficient at Weebly and other search engines (probably not the Weebly theme park you’re looking for, though).

If you’re not familiar with what I’m talking about, it’s a term Weebly uses to describe its product: Search Engine Optimization. For those of you who don’t know, this is how your site will rank on Google, Yahoo, MSN and many other search engines if it gets some decent search engine optimization done on it. And for that you need to do everything possible to get it done. That includes your site becoming highly visible in major search engines around the word.

So that brings us to the question: How to do it? Well, the first step is the obvious one: You need a great product. A product that solves a problem for Weebly customers. That is, a product or feature that gives Weebly customers a reason to come back to your website or to purchase Weebly products – again, something that increases their desire to buy from you, and something that drives sales for you. Don’t try to sell Weebly to the moonwalkers; you’ll just be wasting your time.

Next, you must deliver fresh, relevant content on a regular basis. This means every day, at least until you go full-time with your business. It also means making sure that the content is useful to your visitor, that they will learn something from the information, and that they will benefit from using Weebly products. There are a lot of ways to measure how useful your website or its content is, but here’s one way to start: What did your visitor do after reading your website or its content? Did they go somewhere else?

If they didn’t…and they came back, what did they get from it? Did they find another related site that might have more valuable information? Did they click on a link to get more information? These are the things you want to measure. If you get a lot of clicks or visits with an intent to buy, then you need to know how you’re doing in terms of conversion. So, how do seo get conversion?

Conversions can be broken down into two categories: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay per Click (PPC). SEO improves your chances of appearing higher on search engines for keywords. PPC, on the other hand, offers advertising dollars to people who simply search for a product, service, or a website. Pay per click ads are displayed right next to search results, and the advertisers only pay when someone actually clicks on their advertisement!

When I first started out with Weebly, I made a critical mistake that cost me a lot of money! I promoted Weebly way too early! I wrote an article about a service that I thought would be a hot seller, and then I decided to promote it way too early… BEFORE the product had been released to the public! If I’d have promoted Weebly much earlier, I could have prevented this mistake, because I would have been able to test the product and make sure it was as effective as it could be.

One of the key things that you can do to avoid making mistakes like I made is to get help. It’s very easy to build a wonderful Weebly site… But, the difficult part is getting your site ranked in the search engines. And if you don’t know what to do next, it can be next to impossible. Fortunately, there are a few fantastic books available that will teach you exactly what to do to get your site ranked high in the search engines. These books will show you how to: make a killer title that will draw readers into your site; set up the perfect landing page that will get your readers to take action…and even how to sell your merchandise after they’ve already clicked through!
