A Minecraft mod has given underground caves the rivers they deserve with a new datapack. The Minecraft underground has been the subject of numerous updates in the past few years. The sandbox game has had some major changes made to the areas beneath the surface However, none nor even the most recent update, has added any functional underground rivers yet.
If there’s one thing you can always count on is the willingness of the Minecraft community members to play around with the issue. This is the reason Minecraft mods can be as varied as Breath of the Wild capabilities or simple as expanding your vision. Someone has decided to create a datapack to add underground rivers.
Apollowomc posted a post on Reddit showing a boat going underground on the river. MINECRAFT Although there’s a little bit of dust in these datapacks, the design is stunning – vines hanging from ceilings, lily pads scattered around the surface, and even aquatic wildlife swimming beneath the boat. It’s an incredibly pretty datapack and one that’s still being worked on too.
PlanetMinecraft.com allows users to download the data pack. However, it’s a demo version. It isn’t compatible with other world generation packs for the moment, and there will be updates. But it’s a great option if your dream is underground rivers that wind and soaring through the earth, then this is the perfect excuse to create a brand new world and begin sailing around.
In other Minecraft news, IKEA made their own small version of the game, and we also saw a weird Genshin Impact fusion yesterday, and if you’re looking for ancient cities We’ve got it covered. We’ve also got all the Minecraft console commands and cheats you’d need to get the most enjoyment of your adventures.
